IPS is owned by William Emmerling. He has 42 years of engineering experience in the Metal Working industry including:

• 19 years with Industrial Parts & Services, Inc.
• 14 years with Industrial Welding, Inc. & I.W. Industries, Inc.
• 7 years with E.W. Bliss Co.
• 2 years with Minster Machine Co.
